Mindi Abair Life Less Ordinary Smooth Jazz Music CD Review
Life Less Ordinary is the latest Smooth Jazz CD released by the very talented Mindi Abair who once again has delivered a brilliant collection of tracks. Mindi Abair fans, and Smooth Jazz fans alike will be pleased with this one.
It's a rare day indeed that I get a CD from an artist that I can truthfully say does not have a bad track in the bunch. I'm more than happy to announce that?s exactly what I must say about this one. There simply isn?t a bad one in the bunch. No fillers here at all.
The CD kicks off with a great track, Do You Miss Me?, that I suspect will be heard on radio stations everywhere, and deservedly so. It really is a very nice track.
One of the refreshingly nice things about this CD is the way all of the participating artists seem to be really enjoying themselves. Combine that with the overall presentation and you?ve got one of Mindi Abair?s most impressive releases ever.
If you?re a Mindi Abair fan this is a CD your collection flat cannot be without. In fact, this is one of those CDs that you don?t even have to be a fan of Abair, or even Smooth Jazz to know is good. It?s just good music. Period.
Mindi Abair is one of those musicians that has the ability to just win you over with her talent. The kind of artist it?s really a treat to be able to listen to.
While the entire album is really very good some of my favorites are track 1 - Do You Miss Me?, track 2 - Long Ride Home, and track 8 - Ordinary Love
My SmoothLee Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 3 - It Must Be Love. It?s a great track!

Changing The Way We Listen To Music With The MP3 Music Player
Not so very long ago most of us who are old enough to remember probably had a collection of vinyl albums that reflected our wide taste in music. Such technology was all we knew and, with the help of a record player, we could enjoy our songs without having to wait for them to come on the radio. Music lovers of today carry around portable devices that store all of their favorite songs in a piece of equipment that is barely larger than our thumbs. The MP3 music player technology initially appeared in the mid-1980s but we would not see the player in its present state until the late 1990s ? 1999 to be exact. But when it made its appearance it would change the world of mu...
