Omillio Sparks is hip-hop's most eligible "next big thing". He is best known as a part of the rap outfit State Property, who were once signed to Roc-A-Fella Records. Sparks is also famous for hits he has performed on with rap superstars like Jay-Z, Beanie Sigel and DMX. His other ventures have included acting. He starred in State Property, as well as its sequel.
